I wouldn't say it was a good price. But it was fair and I had the means. And I'm enjoying Salamander 2 enough to justify this is as a good time to bite the bullet haha.

lulz. I didn't expect my shmup collection to grow so fast this year. Though it was certainly my focus. I'm definitely really proud of a lot of my pickups, and I've been exposed to so much greatness this year (Cave). I'm definitely addicted to the extent that I feel like I play shmups 60% of the time and everything else 40%.

Saturn is better.

yeah. I wanted to get Salamander for Saturn, but I just lucked out finding the PS1 port first -- which generally is more expensive anyway. I really want to expand my Saturn collection as right now it's just DDP. Oh well. In due time.

My main focus on shmup collecting has been Saturn and DC, mostly 'cause I have no way to play PSX/PS2-J stuff yet.

You definitely have a good collection growing here; pretty soon you'll have as many shmups as dsh and mjmjr25.
