Ys Book I & II on VC Next Week

Post by SpaceBooger »

Has anyone played this game... because the VC community seems to be excited and judging from the youtube video it doesn't seem that special?

My judgement is much the same, I've been considering picking up the PS2/PSP version for some time now. There was some previous discussions on this a while ago. Alos keep in mind that these games have been remade a few times as well, might be worth picking up those iterations.

I think these games are awesome. It is an rpg but battle is zelda-esque...battle is a little odd though, you have to walk into enemies to injure them, there is not an attack button.
I recommend the TurboCD version, which is book 1 and 2 as well.
The master system version is book 1 only.
