Ticked - Housing Market is SO not a buyers market right now where I am looking. If I was going to live where I am now, it would be a done deal already, but where I am moving to, 200k gets you .2 acres with about 1200sq foot house in a claustrophobic neighborhood, or has an HOA.

Thats the worst part, we are not. Apparently their housing market not only rebounded, but skyrocketed about six months ago. We can get a house for cheaper, but then it would be an hour commute to work both ways.
