I'm embarrassed to even post these pics taken with my iPhone 4S, phone cameras are garbage. As I do not own a P&S, it's all I have to use. Here is my modest home studio I've setup in a spare room.

So now we have my single owner Sega Genesis Model 2 + Sega CD Model 2, this console combo truly took my video game addiction to another level during my years at Texas Tech University. I received both uits as a gift from my girlfriend in 1993 and they have never been seperated from each other since (only for cleaning). More hours than is imaginable have been put onto these units. I'm talking years of marathon Madden, Bill Walsh College Football, Toe Jam & Earl, World War III, Night Trap, etc...

My largest collection of games of all my classic consoles is easily for the Sega CD. The only system I ever truly wanted to complete the US Release Collection for was the Sega CD, until I found this site less than a month ago. Now I am entertaining the thought of completing the Intellivision and Colecovision collections, not 100% though, as there are a few ridiculously priced games that I will not drop coin on.

This combo has seen lots of road trips and abuse over it's 20 years of existence, but damn it son, she stil looks pretty damn sexy still.

One of my biggest regrets now, is that I did not keep the boxes for either unit, but I wasn't thinking of the future value of the units or collectability while in college.

As always, enjoy...

I missed out on this baby during it's short life span, as I decided to jump ship and switch from Sega to Sony's PS1. Luckily I procured this very nice Sega Saturn MK-80000 from a friend of mine that was the manager of our local GameCrazy back in 2006.

Sadly it was only in the past year that I truly began to appreciate the beauty of this system. So my library is rather limited, but I am slowly building it up. Of my humble console collection, this is one of my prized possessions.

Enjoy...

I can imagine you doing this while shooting them!

I do have a 5200 but dont have a coleco or intellivison or vectrex. Out of all of these the closest I've been to owning was the vectrex.

Owning is seeing it at the fleamarket and not buying it. One day I will completely own a Vectrex......

Keep up the cool, awesome pics!

LMFAO

Actually I see flaws in my photos and have yet to actually feel excited about them. I'm my toughest critic in everything I do, which was a detriment in my younger years. But after I took these shots and showed them to my g/f (who is a much better photographer than I) and she couldn't stop raving about how much better I've gotten, I finally felt a sense of accomplishment.

Everyone's compliments let me know my time has not been wasted. I still have tons of stuff left to catalog photographically, stay tuned...

Well I say that they are damn spiffy. Though if you wanted my to nitpick, I saw finger prints on some of the hardware. ;)
