Ok maybe it's just me, but I've had trouble finding good emulators for MAC. But this guy has some great programs or variations of programs that work perfect on my iMAC.
If you want to use a joystick download the emulator enhancer, it's not "free" but you don't need to register it.
Check it out

Finally a good emulation resource for MAC users!

Whoa thanks for the info! Usually I have to spend quite a while looking for an emulator searching through Google, this is very helpful.

Richard Bannister has some nice programs. You guys should check out Audio Overload. It's a program that plays music rips from NES, SNES, Genesis and TG16 roms.
You can get all the music rips here...

I saw that. Can you convet to the audio to .aiff or .wav? That would be great. I would love to add some of the sounds from those systems into some mixes.Flak Beard wrote:Richard Bannister has some nice programs. You guys should check out Audio Overload. Yep, just find the song you want inside the file and then select Export Song. It defaults to AIFF.ott0bot wrote:I saw that. Can you convet to the audio to .aiff or .wav? That would be great. Yep, Richard has been in the Mac emulation scene for years now. I remember I got some of his apps back in the OS 8.1 days.
He was also an upstanding member and administrator at the old 8 Bits of Power Hotline server. Any of you remember Hotline? Those were the days.... ; )

You were withholding this from us this whole time!!!!Doctor Fugue wrote:Sorry, I figured I was the last one to find out about him, so I never posted a link to him. They are indeed great.
I'm actually the late one! I've asked around here, shmups and sega-16 and the only programs I got links to were mame OSX & SNES 9X. so i was happy when i finally found a good nes, ms, genesis and tg emulator.
