Sold me a defective Cobra USB unit. E-Mailed for support, in case I was doing something wrong (though searches on the Internet showed people with the same symptoms basically meaning the unit is hosed).
Only response I got to PM's was:
"If you are using Vista or win7 it is a complete bitch to install."
No offer of recourse or anything. Lost $28. Not gonna play the game for that little amount of money. Just won't do business with this person again.

His packaging was great; his honesty was topnotch; his inclusion of extras well appreciated; his price amazing; and his quickness to ship was second to none. With all he has done (including his sizable hit in shipping
