My Retro Gaming tattoo
This is a tattoo I designed myself that I am going to get within the next year. In the banner it is going to say "Cherish your roots". Its not finished, but I'm loving how it looks so far. What do you think?

Re: My Retro Gaming tattoo
I would probably like it if i could see the image

I can see it. I think it looks neat.

Is there a particular reason you chose the Nintendo 64 controller? Not a criticism, I'm just wondering if it holds special significance.

Very nice!
I hope you dont mind me giving you some advice. If you havent yet done so, id advise to hold onto this for a year. Look at it regularly, preferrably hang it over your bed. If after a year you still get a warm fuzzy feeling when looking at it, its the one and you should go for it!
I have 2 gaming related tattoos and enjoy them immensely. They give me strength when i feel weak. Like how the intro of Link to the Past can make me feel good on a bad day
And whatever you do, dont let anyone get to you with the standard "what if you dont like it when youre 70??". When we are 70, we will have very different troubles than a little drawing on our bodies.
Power to the gaming tattoos!

Some one should get the Nameless ones tattoos in real life. Now that would be impressive

The proportions on the controller are fairly skewed. The curve where your right hand would be is angular, while where your left hand would be is curved.
Cool idea, hope it works out.
