If there is actually interest in the PCBs for this I can whip one up in Eagle and run a few on my CNC.

It's just a board to hold both chips so people don't have to make their own? Or am I missing something? It looks like I could easily do that on a single sided board if so.

Small Blanks run me 1-2 dollars. Plus time.

Probably better to use a service like batchpcb if you plan to sell them.
