Can I get some ePSXe help please?

I've downloaded ePSXe with the hopes of playing Xenogears on it but I'm having a hard time actually getting the game running. I've gotten the scph1000 bios and PeteOpenGL2 plugin and it still won't work. What am I supposed to do?

Nevermind, I switched to OpenGL 1 and it works perfectly.

Scratch that, I just got past the intro and the screen went black. I can still here the music. Anybody have a solution to this problem?

Once again, never mind. I decided to try the pSX emulator and now it's working great. Hopefully I'll never have to post on this topic ever again.

I tried playing Xenogears with epsxe because the 3d looked real nice, but the 2d looked horrible. Now I'm just playing (a couple days ago) it on the PS1 again.
Any settings help would be great - Im running a GeForce 9800GT
