Some of this old stuff is real interesting and i bet quite collectible too,apart from the obvious pinballs, simulators,cockpits and hydraulic machines the latest arcade cabinet that was electro-mechanical is probably a Q-bert which apparently had a solenoid (knocker) inside which was activated and would `thump` if Q-bert fell of the pyramid so it sounded like he had dropped and landed inside the arcade machine.

Thanks for sharing! Very interesting. I always thought old arcades were just pinball, skeeball, pool tables, and shooting galleries.
