I would love a gold Zelda N64 controller like the one you've done here in green - are you taking commissions? What would you charge for one of these?

Wow, that genesis controller is truly incredibly.
Did you use a factory fresh controller for it? I'd love to know what kind of method you used to get such a fantastic paint job on it; paints, tools, etc.

@mjmjr25
Thank's for the comment I really appreciate it
@Luke
Yes I do take orders, I will PM you later
@Retrogamer0001
I did a gold controller before here is a link to it:
And yes I do take commissions.
@pierrot
No, I use old controllers. Buying a new controller and painting it would not be profitable. Sega controllers are very easy to refurbish. I normally very lightly sand the oxidized contacts with 2500 grit sand paper (I use this for clear coat sanding). The contacts then shine like new and work perfectly. Also all the texture has to be sanded off the controller before painting so you see using a brand new controller would make no difference.

Heh, yeah, I thought that might be the case. Thanks for the info.zoki64 wrote:@pierrot

I might try something like this out on my Genesis controllers. Give them a new lease on life. Hell, maybe even the whole system, why not.
Did you use any particular paints, and did you use screens, or stencils or something for the logos?

I'm guessing it involves some type of sorcery.zoki64 wrote:How I do the logo is a secret, sorry.

Thanks for sharing some of your methods with me.
I don't think there's any other explanation for it.harper wrote:I'm guessing it involves some type of sorcery.
