Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Yesterday, I went to a flea market and did pretty well. I usually pick up more games, but I got there late, it was hot and people were packing up because it was apparently about to rain... which it never did.
I got;
King of Dragons
Phalanx
Musya: The Classic Japanese Tale of Horror
Chiki Chiki Boys
a Nintendo 64 without a controller or the hookups (I already have all of that, mine just died)
$35 dollars total

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Very nice flea market finds.
The flea market was not nearly as kind to me this weekend.
In any event, I did pick up the following complete games at a local pawn shop on Friday:
Capcom vs. SNK 2 E.O. (XBOX) - $3
Stawberry Shortcake: The Sweet Dreams Game (PS2) - $2
Wii Sports Resort (Wii) - $5
I probably overpaid for Strawberry Shortcake, but my three-year-old daughter was thrilled; so, it was definitely worth the $2. Also - an interesting fact about that game - the instruction manual is scented with an extraordinarily awful, fake strawberry smell just like the a real Strawberry Shortcake doll. (The game is nearly five years old now, and the manual still reeks. I can only imagine what the thing smelled like when it was new.)

The manual combined with new game ozone would probably get you in just the right state of mind to actually enjoy the game.elmagicochrisg wrote:Kids used to get high from sniffing that manual...prfsnl_gmr wrote:I can only imagine what the thing smelled like when it was new.

$36. I've been waiting for this one and I really didn't want to pay $60 for it so I'm happy.

Atari Flashback 3 - $29.96 Wallymart
Just posted a review on this. I know, it uses emulation and has no cart mod capability compared to the Atari Flashback 2. But the emulation is pretty good with 60 built in games. The joysticks and bonus poster are nice. I also can use the sticks in my Flashback 2 and my regular 1978 Atari 2600.

Nice! Thats a fair price for the game too.Onyxthecat wrote:$36. I've been waiting for this one and I really didn't want to pay $60 for it so I'm happy.
You really get your money's worth, this game has a lot of different game modes, that play completely different once you start focusing on score.
