What do you want out of the next Batman series?

That may have more to do with being Governor of California.

The point was that Arnold was kinda too busy with other things to continue starring in movies.

The First Lady has less responsibilities than the Governer. And starring in a movie takes up MUCH more time than a cameo in an episode of Sesame Street.

Not to mention he did make a cameo. In expendables and a few other films. And he did at least 3 films after batman and robin including Terminator 3. And since finishing his role as governor, he's signed on to a ton of upcoming movies. Uma thurman and George Clooney have also managed to get some small parts in a few movies here and there so I wouldn't say the movie killed any careers.

Would like to see a love interest that isn't a superhero or politician who shares a lot of screen time.

It would be nice to know that Bruce is gettin' some, and not from either random floozies or a main character.

Still love Vickie Vale, but most of her screen time is her shrieking and playing damsel in distress.

Also I want Batman beyond since I loved that show or else clayface since that was my favorite bad guy in TAS.

It'd be cool if they did a Batman Beyond movie. Even though it seemed like it was going to become it as Wayne was coming back at Batman in TDKR.
Or something with Joseph Gordon-Levitt as the new Batman and then adopting a kid who becomes his Robin and that kid becoming Nightwing.
Or even just TDKR's Blake/Robin as Nightwing directly.

Why does everyone want to see Joseph-Gordon Levitt become Batman? He feels like an extra, useless character. He didn't even exist in the Batman mythos until TDKR came out. And there was absolutely no need whatsoever to create this character. Like there wasn't enough people out there in the Batman mythos that are in line for the Batman Cape & Cowl already? They couldn't have used one of them? Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, Damien Wayne, Jean-Paul Valley, etc. Hell, there's even girl characters like Stephanie Brown, Cassandra Cain, Barbara Gordon, and Batwoman.

I understand there's a lot of love out there for the actor. Which I have no problem with. Personally, I haven't seen enough of the guy to have an opinion one way or the other about him. But couldn't they have used the same actor as one of the above mentioned characters? The Bat-Universe is pretty stuffed full already, as it is.
