What's your favorite HD Collection?
If you do own one or more, then what's your favorite one and why.
Re: What's your favorite HD Collection?
the metal gear solid collection is my favourite. It's worth it just to play peace walker on the big screen.

Ico/SOTC Collection because, unlike most HD collections, there's a good reason for it to exist. It basically addressed all of the problems with the original North American Ico release.
Unlike the Sly Collection, which is actually missing content from the original Sly Cooper game

But it has Sly 2 in widescreen. That's enough to make it my favoriteGamerforlife wrote:Ico/SOTC Collection because, unlike most HD collections, there's a good reason for it to exist. It basically addressed all of the problems with the original North American Ico release.

I only own a few but my favourite is probably the Jak and Daxter collection. I didn't own or play any Jak games on PS2 so this was my first time experiencing them. They're really great games and getting to play the polished versions first time round was a treat.

Judgment Silversword/Cardinal Sin being released on the 360 was a godsend. Also, Ico/SotC Collection.

Re: What's your favorite HD Collection?
Do you guys think these collections will become valuable collector's items some day? I personally plan on buying them all (including the upcoming Zone of the Enders collection!) and I was a day one buyer for Ico/SotC. It's also worth noting that these collections seem to seriously de-value the original releases of whatever games they are - Ico and SotC have both crashed in value, as have the Silent Hill games.

From what I've read about the Silent Hill collection, I would have thought it would make the originals go up in value.
