Why do people eat out at McDonalds?

The idea of eating a once living creature is kind of weird, but it's not disturbing to me in the least. I love me some creature muscle. :P

Which fruits have feces on them? I guess birds can poop on trees, but I'm more worried about pesticides than I am fecal matter on my fruit.

I feel the same. I'm just gonna eat stuff. It's all pretty gross or bizarre on some level in my opinion. Even the nicest most organic food. I eat stuff from gardens. Gardens that I know have been fertilized with manure.

I do generally prefer fresh veggies and fruits. Store bought stuff doesn't taste the same.

I like their Chicken Club, with the fried chicken, no sauces or veggies, just bacon and swiss. I like to put my fries on my sandwich.

I also tried their chicken bites, which are like popcorn chicken, but KFC's is better. The McD's ones aren't shitty per se, but if you compare them to KFC's, you always go for the KFC ones.

I tried one of their frozen drinks last time I went there (it was the cherry chiller or whatever) and it was pretty good.

And IDK about other McD's, but the one in Kill Devil Hills (in an area where all the fast food places are essentially located) looks like a cafe of sorts. And last time, I spotted some guys at another table playing Settlers of Catan, which is the only time I've seen SoC, or any less-than-mainstream board game for that matter, being played in real-life, much less in public.

Oh, and they've got free WiFi.

I almost always have delicious meals at McDonalds. I like their breakfast menu best. But don't eat there if it doesn't make you feel good or if you think it's bad quality!

This one's so good! I want one right now! http://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en/food/pro ... bagel.html

Why can't they serve that for dinner?? If you want "healthy" you can eat this: http://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en/food/pro ... lnuts.html
But the portion sizes for the nuts and fruit should be bigger in my opinion. Fruit isn't so good for breakfast though. Steak and eggs is the right meal. That's what the Apollo 11 astronauts had for their last meal on earth before they set off for the moon.

Whoops, guess they did away with the steak one...

McDonald's may be cheap, but it still isn't worth it. Although I find fast food in general is no longer that cheap. It's almost $20 for a family of four. I just made a lasagna dinner with bread and green beans for less than that.

Convenience, speed, and some people like it. I personally don't eat McDonalds, I find it disgusting. However, I happily eat at Whataburger pretty often, generally at around 3 in the morning with friends. Convenience, and I love the way it tastes.

I admit I don't eat healthy in the slightest. Around one coke a day, (NOTE: I'm from the south, I say Coke for all sodas...), lots of pizza and burgers, lots of fried food. Lots of 'instructions on the box' type foods. We're pretty close to town, and shopping isn't that big a deal. But I can't go twice a month let alone often enough to keep short lived food. I live withing 10 miles of town, but when you only have 2 major stores they're so crowded it takes an hour to get a small cart of food...

I eat a lot of meat, and I love it. I couldn't and will not ever be a vegetarian. I'm not sure I've ever gone a day in my life without eating some form of meat... my point here is not understanding vegetarians.

Also,

Its pretty common nowadays to use human feces for fertilizer. Especially with fruit trees. Even after its gone through the rounds, it can still pass things into the fruit...

First off... Whataburger is real? I thought that only existed on King of the Hill.

And I, too, am from the south but I just say soda. Personally, I hate cola in general and find Coke too syrupy.

And before I worked 2 jobs, I'd always try to buy 2 weeks worth of groceries right around getting paid, but since my second job pays on the weeks my first job doesn't I just shop whenever I can and buy bit by bit. But then again, my first job is at the local Food Lion.

And OT, but my second job is as a dishwasher at a small bakery about 10 minutes away (on bike) called Orange Blossoms. Yes, the one with the "Apple Uglies".
