Personally, I don't like Micro Machines, and it like it less with multiple players. When one of you crashes, which is bound to happen, the game stops for a few seconds and puts you both next to eachother.
I realise that's where it gets a lot of its appeal, because you have to stay somewhere in the middle rather than going ahead to avoid crashing, which makes the whole thing even throughout. It just seems pointless to me that you the whole thing is down to whoever gets the edge right next to the finish line.
Still, others think it's arguably the greatest, or at least one of the greatest, multiplayer games of all time - so I'm in the minority on that one.
