What Emulator Has The Best Interface

I'm kind of a casual/newer emulator, but I also like NesterDC SE, and more recently, MagicEngine.

i recently had the chance to try out Magic engine 1.0 and they did a good job on the gui. Smooth control and you can do everything with the mouse and it looks good too.

I really don't like the magic engine UI as it requires 16bpp in order to be run in windowed mode (and I really don't like full screen applications).

that must be a older verison of magic engine i got my desktop set to 32 and verison 1.0 pr9 of magic engine does not require 16. And for that matter why emulate games and run them in a window ?
