Meh. Dark Knight was (and is) better. By leaps and bounds.
Alright, someone who agrees with me!
All action aside in the last twenty minutes (which I enjoyed), was the ending not like an episode of Scooby Fucking Doo?
After the awesome "Where's The TRIGGER!" reading, it's "Rur-rooh". The world's greatest detective doesn't have to ask a question as female ninja Dr. Evil spits out her entire plan and background. But who to the rescue? The woman he believed and admired the entire movie?
Shocker.
"You had that look on your face of misery or some bullshit. Everyone but the people you hang out with know you are Batman. 'Cause of that look on your face". ???
I LIKE THE MOVIE...so people should stop getting so pissy. I'm not nit picking, I'm pointing out serious flaws.
Still wondering where the Riddler cameo sabrage was talking about.
I still think Begins is my favorite. Call me a goomba's uncle I guess.
Thought TDKR was overall pretty awesome though. Bane was better than I expected and overall, I just don't really have any complaints (I seem to be more lax about movies lately, not sure why). Anne Hathaway was awesome.
Downloading some BDrips of the first two Burton movies, haven't seen them in ages but I remember loving them.

I LIKED THE MOVIE GUYS
I don't see how GOSH WASN'T IT DUMB WHEN stuff are serious flaws. Most of what you pointed out just now was actually kinda important and had story related explana... ugh, why am I bothering. I really don't feel like arguing about this anymore.

Watched this last night with a buddy of mine. I haven't seen this since I rented the VHS from Blockbuster in like '96. It's on Netflix. There are a couple lines that are debilitatingly funny. The scene where they are arguing over "Don't Fear the Reaper" being a "pussy" song there's a line that Hubbs says that is so absurd I nearly pissed my pants.
(and no. it's not better than Dazed and Confused.)
