Rayman Origins is $20 for every version now, at least at Walmart. If you haven't bought it already, it's a great time.

How come whenever there's an island in a game, it has to be tropical? Far Cry 3, for example, is gonna be on a tropical island again. It would be unique if they had set it on an island off the coast of Maine or something, but no.

Speaking of "island", that reminds me... I noticed something today that I thought was kinda funny.

At first I thought, "hmm, that's interesting, I always assumed it was the other way around." But then I realized, it's a paradox. Which came first, the yoshi or the island?

Apparently the guy is a "friend" of the landlord and needs a place to "lay low" for awhile but he isn't allowed inside.

Not sure what to think but pretty relived that I'm going to the Carolinas for the week starting tomorrow.
That's "sit on the porch with a shotgu and chew some tobacco" time if you ask me. Nothing scares most people like some redneck looking guy sitting around with a shotgun.

So, I'm looking at what games to get next. Obviously, I only have so much cash. Around $80. Now, I have a TON of games I want to get, but only so many I can take in at once without going insane. I'm leaning towards one single player game, and one multiplayer game. I was thinking Catherine and Portal 2, but I'm not sure. There's a ton of games for Xbox 360 which have gotten cheap that I'm interested in, and more are coming out this year. (Borderlands 2, Dishonored, Tomb Raider, Halo 4 *sue me* and more.) Yet, I still want to build up my N64 and Gamecube libraries. Then, there's the fact that I need to buy gold, and want to buy multiple XBLA games....

I'm still waiting on my CE Skyrim to sell...

So, suggestions? Or we can ignore this?

If you wanted Portal 2, you should have gotten it when it was on sale in the Steam Summer Sale for $5. I'm sure it will go on sale again during the final day, though, so if your PC can handle it, I suggest keeping your eyes peeled. ;)

^Sticking to the console version as of now. However, I'm keeping my eyes open if the first two Thief games go up for sale, or the System Shock games. (Is the first one worth playing?)

Other question still stands.
