Took me a minute but I found this:

Yep. It probably plays Famicom games, and sounds terrible while doing it.

It's a famiclone, a pirate version of the famicom. It will play famicom games but since a really cheap clone some games will work ok, other won't even work.

It's probably a NOAC (Nes On A Chip) if you open one you will find something like this:

That would be why I said modeled after, not a clone of. I figured people could work out the rest.
