Smiled - Back from an excellent vacation where I got one of my four year old niece's to beat the first stage of Mario 1
Ticked - Inbox at work... Logging in from home, after putting up an out of office, 500 emails.

Got there early and walked around outside for a while. Most everyone was dressed pretty casually. Just about everyone had on some sort of Zelda memorabilia (Mostly t-shirts like I did) and a few people dressed up for the occasion.

They were rockin' the ocarina's for about 30 minutes
The entire show lasted about two hours, including a 20-minute intermission between the 2nd and 3rd Movement. The show consisted of an Overture, a "warm up", 4 Movements and 3 Encores. It was performed by the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, and conducted by Eimear Noone and accompanied by the Florida Opera Theatre Chorus. I couldn't really get any good videos in the theatre because it was so dark and my camera doesn't like me, but I've linked to several nice videos so you can get an idea of what it was like.

Okay, I lied. I managed to get one decent picture of the stage.
Overture - They started with the Legend of Zelda Theme (Duh), then transitioned into various other themes, with each transition accompanied by corresponding footage from the games.
"Warm Up" - This consisted of three separate sections. The first was a 2D only Dungeon Medley, followed by Kakariko village, and then finally an Ocarina of Time Medley.
They then started the four Movements.
Movement 1 - Ocarina of Time
Movement 2 - Wind Waker. Which Eimear Noone conducted over with special Wind Waker baton. She turned around and stopped the show to show it to us
Intermission
Movement 3 - Twilight Princess
Movement 4 - A Link to the Past
Encore
Ballad of the Wind Fish from A Link's Awakening
Gerudo Valley from Ocarina of Time
and finally
Majora's Mask Medley
I enjoyed myself immensely
I just wish they offered a CD of the performance along with the t-shirt and poster I got
I'll post a couple more pictures in the image link thread, because I don't want to clutter this one up.
EDIT: I had a durp moment. It's fixed now.

The set sounds a bit shorter than the one I went to last year, but some of those tracks sound new. Majora's Mask Medley and Ballad of the Wind Fish in particular, and I'm not sure we had ALTTP set specifically either, although it came up in several other medleys. Also, Ballad of the Wind Fish is from Link's Awakening, not A Link to the Past.
Our encore started with Koji Kondo playing Grandma's Theme from The Wind Waker on Piano, and was followed up by the Ballad of the Goddess from Skyward Sword. It was prtty awesome!

Frown: I just seem to be slipping further back into depression, to the point where it's starting to seriously effect everything I do again. I haven't smiled at all today, nor have I felt like doing anything, and the last few weeks have been filled with giant mood swings and general suckage. The thought of work tomorrow doesn't help either. I hate my job.
Older. Not wiser.

That's what happens when I don't re-read over what I've written. I get on a certain train of thought and I don't do stupid stuff. I should know better by now.
It doesn't help that I was watching/listening to the Movement 4 video while I was typing it out
Sweet. A piano ballad would have been awesome. And I would have loved to hear Ballad of the Goddess live (I've got it as my ringtone), but I'm happy with the selection they chose. I thought Ballad of the Wind Fish was particularly beautiful. If I remember correctly, from what I read each concert's a little different, so you never really know what they're going to play. Our encore started with Koji Kondo playing Grandma's Theme from The Wind Waker on Piano, and was followed up by the Ballad of the Goddess from Skyward Sword. I see a pattern.
Ryan, buddy, you are getting too one dimensional. It is easier said than done, but try to focus on the good in your life. You are going to stay miserable if you don't.
Smile: Watching kids act like kids at our local town park. Rolling down hills, running around for no reason, spinning just to get dizzy, etc. Just kids without a care in the world.
There was a "Steel drum" band that played at the park/amphitheater, that was really just a band with two steel drums, but it was a great time. I actually started a conga line that tailed at least a hundred people.
Day-o. Me say Dayyyyyy-o.
Frown: My weekly True Blood party has been nixed. I have friends who smoke, and friends who do not. Getting them together wasn't as simple as I planned.
Their loss.
