You'll notice that only one homosexual member has spoken up as well, and it wasn't to thank you for your concern.mjmjr25 wrote:For whatever reason, there are still a considerable some who think if you find something to be wrong, you must hate the whole of that person, or that community. That is why MANY racket members, in good standing on this site, and well-liked on this site...have stayed out of the debate. I think the above isn't fair to Mike. This discussion in this particular thread was started by Dave asking clarification questions about people's views on Homosexuality and what their basis for that was. You may not agree with his responses, but as he said a good number of people have similar feelings as him, in the US, let alone on this site and I think he has done an admirable job of expressing those views without being combative.
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

If any of the comments about people being offended are in reference to me, I want to point out that I took issue with a pretty specific claim. I PM'd mjmjr about it after I posted about it here.
I feel this thread has kinda run its course, personally. Just the same arguments repeated over and over with a bit of unnecessary straight-up religion bashing to boot.

Re: Homosexuality
Oh, come on, only Optimus was really doing any actual religion-bashing here. To be honest, the rest of it was just you guys going on the defensive. This is an issue of human rights. You cannot deny equal rights to a section of the population for any reason. This is simple logic.AppleQueso wrote:If any of the comments about people being offended are in reference to me, I want to point out that I took issue with a pretty specific claim.
