The Apple iPad continues to be an interesting platform for big & small game developers and this week I show you some of the mobile games I have been playing.

What games are you playing on your mobile device?

Sweet video, MJ. I'll definitely be checking out Whale Tail now.

Also, make sure you check out Mad Coaster, Jetpack Joyride & Temple Run too. All of those I consider worthy for your gaming dollar.

Hey Metal Jesus, curious if you've ever tried out Scribblenauts Remix for iOS. It's a version of a popular DS game converted to the iPad (or I play on my iPod touch.)

Basically the idea is you control a guy named Maxwell and you have to solve puzzles by bringing out a notepad, then writing in any word you can think of and it comes to life. For example, if the puzzle is to get a star out of a tree, you could either type "axe" or "hatchet", or you can go crazy and use a ton of adjectives and summon an "enomous hairy brutal red floating lumberjack". It's really crazy and I think you'd get a kick out of it. It's only a buck on the App Store too.
Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who loves the Nintendo e-Reader.

I'm learning to make chiptune music in my spare time :P Check out my Soundcloud!

Yep, I have it...and I think I actually like it better than the DS version. I just find the interface and controls a bit easier to use. Definitely a unique and fun game!

Nice thorough review. The Monsters eating the Condo Blocks reminds me of Klax in a way. The instant point and yank a block looks like a perfect game for the touch screen. I like the way you covered a lot of ground, never imagined a third person shooter or sword slasher working with touch controls.
