Both in the case of free games like Nitrionic Rush, and Steam games like Orion: Dino Beatdown?

I've been interested in indie games for awhile. I have a few sites I like:

This is my "go to" site for indie games.

http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/
This is PC centric gaming site, but they cover lots of indie titles as well.

This site is immense and updated at the speed of light with tons of freeware and browser games. It's a bit overwhelming and there is too much casual crap, but if you're willing to dig, you will find great stuff.

This is like an indie game compendium. It's worth just clicking around and downloading whatever looks interesting to you.

This is a long running indie site that died away for awhile, but got kickstarted back recently.

You can also follow the other links in my sig as I often drop posts about games I think are worth your attention in those threads.
