Well... if all it took to drive him away was a political thread in which a mod held a different opinion than him, I'd say he was destined to leave eventually. I will miss having him around, nonetheless.

He made several veiled hints that he was losing interest in the boards in the last few months. Given his personality, I don't think he's coming back, and I can't really say I blame him for sticking to his guns.

Now that I think about it I guess I hadn't seen many of his posts recently besides that last one. Oh well, at any rate, I'm gonna miss him. He was one of the first members here that I became familiar with when I joined RB (if that makes sense) so it kinda won't feel the same without him.
