After many years of thinking about it, I've begun to play the guitar. Having just started I'm not good at it, but I find I really enjoy it anyway. There's something relaxing about it.

I'm thinking about splurging and getting a SCART transcoder for my game systems, but I don't know if it's worth it. Can anyone weigh in on this?

I only have standard def CRT tvs. The difference between S-Video and component is definitely noticeable on them, but it isn't worth spending the money on a converter for the systems that can't output component IMO.
