Glad they let some one else get the games. There's a few of the guys who snag up those games as soon as they come in. Don't let it hit the shelf. :?

Haha, did you have to go digging to get that or did someone just link to the page for you? It seems some detective work was done here! :P

Usually they call me when the person is in the store trying to trade it. They'll ask me if I want it, then they'll take it as trade (probably for pennies LOL) and then I buy it for an inflated, but better than ebay price. LOL. I'm 100% sure that they are taking their pick first though, before they call me. I've often thought about picking up a part time job there just to get deals.

And of course, they know I'll buy a bunch more stuff once I'm in the store. Those bastards!! I just figured out their game! LOL

I nabbed a decent genesis lot yesterday as well. I'll post pics of it all in a bit.

Also, awesome find Mrs. Clem. That makes like 2 EVO's in a couple of days here? That's a game I definitely like to get my hands on. Maybe this is a sign of it showing up in the wild now? One can only dream.

Yeah they call me too. I just don't buy up those kinds of lots any more. :) At least those folks are getting a bit more fair value out of their stuff.

As promised, finds of the weekend:

I was in a local pawn shop (because a friend of mine scored big on some SNES games and I was hoping to reap some rewards as well) alas, no luck on the SNES front. But, I did find this bad boy - factory sealed and has a second gun with it. Factory sticker says $59.99, I gave $10:

The same shop has lots of PS2 and XBOX games, most are just commons and I already have a lot of them, but they only charge $3 a piece, so better than Gamestop. However, they were selling them for only $2 a piece this day, so how could I resist? Ever Grace and Jet X2O are still sealed. LOL:

While in the pawn shop, I overheard someone trying to "pawn" old Sega stuff. The guy said he wasn't interested. I asked the kid what he had and if he minded if I took a look. He said he really needed the money, so he showed me a box of Genesis stuff in his car. I really only wanted X-Men 2, but he didn't want to part them out. He said he wanted $30, but I only had $10 cash on me. He said I could have the box for $10. Here is what was in the box:

He also had a "Sega CD" game in the box:

Visited Wal-Mart, trying to decide if I wanted to buy Lolipop Chainsaw and Spiderman, and I noticed that they had a weird sale on their old video games. These are usually $20, but they had them for $5 bucks. I don't have any of these Mortal Kombat games, so why not?

Local flea Market was pretty picked clean, but this old guy had this. He wanted $14, but couldn't verify if it worked or not. I offered him $5 and he took it.

Last but not least, Play N trade gave me a good deal on these games, $25 for the lot:

and of course, like I said, I always have to buy more...... $2 a piece for these:

yeah! just the 20 bucks alone is definitely worth it for the NES games! The rest is just icing on the cake.

Didnt get much at the fleamarket today, just some audio CDs and some dvds. But I did find this badboy!

And for a BUCK!

Some scratches on the screen, but thats acceptable for being that old!
