Breaking Bad Season 3 Starts Tonight

Mike is easily my favorite character, followed distantly by Saul. Everyone else is just insanely warped, but I love that too.

I like Mike too. He has some badass action scenes and whenever he talks you feel like you better be paying attention. Man never has anything stupid to say. I like his neutrality too. He's not a good man, but he's not a bad one either. He just knows what he's good at and does it, and gets paid.

I think the only character I don't like is Skyler, though she does have her occasional redeeming moments, but I see her as mostly a control freak and a bitch. The scene where she looks Walt in the eye and says, "I fucked Ted." That was cold, cold as ice. Say what you will about Walt, but he's always been loyal to his family. Skyler on the other hand, goes out and sleeps with another man just to spite him.

I like Skyler. Mostly. But she does do a hell of a job as a bitch. Remember in season 2, when she kept going "out". She should have gotten an emmy for that.

Assuming Mike doesn't die in season 5, I would love to see him get a spin-off series. Hell, I'd be happy with a prequel series if he does die.

I have a violent dislike for any character that Anna Gunn plays now. You'll know what I mean when you watch Deadwood, Gamer.

What really gets me about Skyler is that she treated Walt like absolute shit upon discovering he was lying, and even more so when she found out he's a criminal. Meanwhile, she was acting like Ted was the greatest guy in the world and sleeping with him knowing damn well that he's a criminal as well. In fact, she was actually complicit in his crime. Skyler is a self righteous hypocrite, or she's just too crazy to know when her words and actions aren't making sense.

I also hated when she returned Marie's gift. She got all pissy about what happened afterward, but what the hell was she doing taking an expensive looking gift from a close family member and returning it? Bitch.

Skyler complains about Walt Jr. calling her a bitch. MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE YOU ACT LIKE ONE!!! If the shoe fits...

The nerve of her to demand that Walt leave his own home and stay away from the kids when she found out he was lying. Keep in mind she made those demands BEFORE she knew he was a drug dealer. She wanted to kick him out and take the kids away just because she found out he was telling lies. What gives her the right to do that? Walt has just as much of a right to that house and his kids as she does

Bitch.

One of my favorite scenes in the whole series is when she calls the cops and Walter calls her bluff and stays in the house and allows her to completely embarrass herself in front of the cops while also getting punked out by her own son. LOVED that scene to pieces.

Skyler is so self righteous. She rarely admits to any wrong doing, rarely apologizes (like when Walt threw her infidelity in her face when they were going over Walt's gambling cover story and she didn't say a damn thing in response), and always thinks she's smarter than everyone else in the room. Just ask Saul. She meets him one time and suddenly thinks she can be a better lawyer than him.

Skyler reminds me of two other female TV characters that I hate. Lori from The Walking Dead and Cersei from Game of Thrones. They have the exact same annoying personality traits, though Cersei is quite a bit more insane than they are and would probably have them killed if she ever met them.

I also think Skyler is kind of a slut. It didn't much for her to jump in the sack with Ted. It's like all she needed was a good excuse and learning about Walt's lies gave her one. You can see how little her relationship to Walt and history with him mattered when you saw how quick she was to jump someone else's bones

Oh, I love Cersei. At least it makes sense thematically for her to be a conniving bitch. Skyler is just representative of everything I avoid in a woman.

I think because Tyrion is my favorite character, it makes me dislike her more for antagonizing him. Oddly enough, I like Lena Headey as a Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles fan. Plus, I think she's kind of hot. I just don't like Cersei. So there is this weird sort of disconnect there when I watch Game of Thrones and I'm not seeing Lena Headey, I'm just seeing that bitch Cersei.

Completely agree with Gamerforlife about Skyler. Ugh. The "I fucked Ted" comment forever put her on my shitlist.

Mike is a cool dude.. I find myself wondering what he will do after the last season finale. Awesome show, though sometimes I find that I can't fall asleep very well after watching a few episodes :/
