PrntScrn/Live Monitor Immideatly Sent to Jump Drive?

Post by Luke »

1) I want to save .jpg files to a flash drive in a stop animation style that is continuous. Perhaps motion capture would be a better term on second thought, but would like to send it directly to a jump drive.

2) Best case scenario: I plug in a jump drive, it starts recording, I can remove it at will and keep the data.

3) N/A

4) Couldn't find any related threads.

To note this isn't for spying or any weird reason, I'm just sick of drawing a perfect "Draw Something", messing up, and messing up the edit I messed up. It's like shaving your sideburns in the shower and it's screw up after screw up.

Purrint is a free tiny screen capture program. You can tell it to send wherever, use the usual formats plus PNG, and if using Jpeg you can set the quality you want. It also has an automatic mode that you can set to run every X seconds as well.

^Thanks Hobie, I've been thinking in the back of my mind how much I hate FRAPS and I'm glad to have an alternative other than Steam.
