cartridge protectors for sfc games?

im looking for these things except for sfc cartridges...can't find them anywhere! can anyone help me out?

Don't think they exist. You're going to have to go with boxes if you want to protect your SFC games.

No, they don't exist. Those are a nice idea, but I never used them since I had all of my games in an N64 cartridge drawer that fit both SNES and N64 games.

I never realized this. I wonder why only the Americans got this treatment? Nintendo did stop including them later in the Super NES life, but I find them useful. They give more stability, allowing me to put my games on my shelf standing vertically.

There were 3rd party FC cases, not like the SNES' dust covers, but full cases for the carts kinda like audio cassettes. There were some for the SFC as well IIRC. Pretty rare though. I've never seen them in person and only seen them online in auctions once.

If the carts are stored contact down or in an enclosed shelf, you don't need the protectors.

If you really want a case you can get universal game cases in bulk much cheaper.
