Re: What are you eating?
We just had ribs, bourbon glazed salmon, corn on the cob, and green beans fresh from the garden. Yummy

Is anyone else still growing lettuce? Somehow all of my lettuce is still yielding after this crazy heat.

Boston market. Corn bread, chicken, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. My work buys dinner for the people that have to be here on holidays

Need FreeMCboot? I'll install it on your PS2 Memory Card for free if you cover postage both ways.

Our cabbage is still growing, apparently there are a few brussel sprouts, and the green beans are still yielding as are the cherry tomatoes. Everything else is pretty much done. It's a shame too. The bigger tomatoes were doing really well this year until the heat finally got thems1mplehumar wrote:Is anyone else still growing lettuce? Sausage Party last night. Mettwurst, weisswurt, knockwurst, and hotdogs. Our side dish was beer.

Was burgers and hot dogs for last night's gathering. I introduced adding oatmeal to the burgers, though the household was out of eggs, so those weren't added. The burgers were still a little heartier with the oats in them. I took corn to roast on the grill which most people hadn't eaten before either.

Hmm, maybe not the best way to state that.Luke wrote:Sausage Party last night.

You're speaking my language. I'd give my left one to gobble on München weisswurst with sweet mustard again. Bayern how I miss thee.Luke wrote:Sausage Party last night. Mettwurst, weisswurt, knockwurst, and hotdogs. Our side dish was beer.

That name was very intentional.Hobie-wan wrote:Hmm, maybe not the best way to state that.Luke wrote:Sausage Party last night.
Mt.Olive has new "Polish" dill pickles. I looked through the ingredients, and couldn't find anything different from their regular dill pickles.

Usingers has incredible products, and is shipped cold. I can vouch for their weisswurst, knockwurst, kishka, blood sausage, frankfurters, and mortadella.s1mplehumar wrote:You're speaking my language.
