Made Tequila Sunsets last night. Not too bad. I'm running out of cocktail ideas for my weekly True Blood party. Suggestions welcome!

Also thinking about what to make for July 4th. I was contemplating placing about 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries in a glass, topping that off with nearly frozen pina colada, and that layer topped with strawberry daquari.

Not sure how good coconut will taste with strawberry though. Also not sure how long the white and red will remain separated.

I could always just stick bomb pops in a glass of vodka. *shrugs**

*I actually shrugged.

You could go with the Alien Brain Hemorrhage

- Fill a shot glass 1/2 full with Peach Schnapps

- Layer in Bailey’s Irish Cream leaving a little room at the top.

- Pour in a little bit of Blue Curacao

- Add a few drops of Grenadine Syrup

You getting/got your headache on early? Looks a little inky out your dining room window. :P

:)

Had to take the recipe for a test drive last night. It tastes almost identical to a bomb pop, but with a kick of course.

That's the kitchen. Dining room is not even close to being finished. Why we are spending money on a room we never allocate, I'll never know.

The Captain America glass really ties it together. 8)

Have fun with the renovations. I'll be tackling our circa 1985 kitchen next spring.

^Good beer! I like their wheat IPA, but some of their other offerings are a little too fruity for my liking.

Made by Anheuser Busch. Hard to trust a brewery that uses rice in their beer.

I know they also own Corona, but wasn't aware they also own Rolling Rock. The RR bottle still says "Latrobe Brewing Company".
