Together Retro: Guardian Heroes

Post by noiseredux »

It's a day early, but I always tend to start a new TR title on the weekend before the 1st anyway.

Who's playing Guardian Heroes, and which port?

In the past I've played a fair share of the GBA semi-sequel, and I wasn't very impressed. But I've heard the GBA game was pretty lame in comparison to the original.

I downloaded GH from XBLA, and I'm hoping some of you guys have it as well as I'm pretty sure it's got online co-op right? It would be so awesome to get a group of Racketeers to play through the game with.

(Tek? CFFJR? RSG?)

I have the xbla version
If you can see the future while remembering the past, you may just have control of the present.

Me too for the 360. I'm downloading it on XBLA as we speak...

I may just play this instead of the Saturn version (which I also have) since I have played that one through several times. Other than updated graphics, is there anything else extra in the XBLA port?

Someone around here has to have some street cred: US version for the Saturn.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

nice. But I'm looking most forward to playing co-op with some of these dudes. So Dave and Joey The Bull are in then. Awesome. 8)

How many players can play through the game together?

I believe 2 can co-op and up to 12 can do versus.

I'm strongly considering buying a copy after some expenses are taken care of.

I'd love to do some co-op with you guys but paying for XBL is a negative for me. Gonna be the JP Saturn version for me if I post here.

I have been meaning to play through this game for some time; so, I think that I will join in. Since I do not have a 360. I will be playing the U.S version on the Sega Saturn.

These are people who actually rate their Racketboy membership.
