Met some new friends last night, and I was asked "How do you make a living?".
Of course all they are asking is "what's your job?" but I was taken aback that "how do you make a living" is so much more than your job. It was like I was asked "what makes your life worth living?" and it made my mind race.
I think it is good for everyone to ask themselves "what makes your life worth living?" once in a while (unless you are a depressed whacko with suicidal tendencies). It reminds you of how much you have to be thankful for, and how all the little things that usually piss you off are so easily forgotten.

Even if I'm not sweating sometimes my balls will stick to one of my thighs. Time for some Gold Bond.

I think there will be 665 cartridges in my licensed NES game collection. I'm just going for retail released U.S. games. The number is lower than most people's because I decided not to buy single game carts if I can get a game in a licensed multi-game cartridge. I just want to have the games available to play. Consequently, I'm also not buying stadium events, since it's nearly identical to world class track meet.
For a minute, I thought the cartridge total came to 666, but then I realized I forgot to subtract Duck Hunt.
Although, if I add in The Flintstones: The Surprise at Dinosaur Peak I'm back at 666 cartridges. It was a rental only game though...
