Holy crap guys, good call on Bulk Slash! Once I configured the game for control type C, I was able to get into this game. This is super fun! This is a solid purchase. I snagged it off of YAJ for only about 1500 yen. The insert somehow is stuck to the plastic case, but otherwise it's in good condition. I don't care, just as long as it plays!

That is so biz-frickin'-zarre. I noticed that the sticky part is perfectly around the triangle shapes surrounding the characters. I figured it must've been the type of paper used that got stuck somehow. That is so weird if they did that intentionally. Come to think of it, the insert has no staples, but it's still a pain in the butt to take the instructions in and out. The game is fawesome though.ninjainspandex wrote:My copy of bulk slashes insert is also glued to the case so i think thats normal, lol dont crack the case our your fucked

I went game shopping today at a store called Kanteidan in Shizuoka City to do some game shopping. I bought Waku Waku Puyo Puyo Dungeon on a whim. I haven't noticed the game there before. I figured it wasn't like Madou Monogatari, the RPG where the Puyo Puyo characters come from, and it turns out to be a Roguelike dungeon crawler. Very fun! I only played through the first dungeon so far this afternoon, and I'd say it doesn't seem to require much Japanese reading ability at all... just some memorization of the menus and such. Very cute, very fun!

How is Hot Blooded Family? I remember seeing some screen shots a long time ago in a magazine, but never got a chance to try it. Also I have to say that I really wish Hyper Duel would go ahead and get a digital re-release...because at this point I doubt i'll ever find a decent priced copy

Has anyone played Shadow of the Tusk? It's a strategy game that has its menus written in English, making it a very playable import. I bought it a couple months ago for super cheap, but I have yet to play it.
