Selling alot of complete in box games soon..question

Post by JsGameRoom »

I'm going to be getting rid of most of my stuff( as some of you have seen why)

Anyways, the stuff I'm getting rid of is a lot of complete in box SNES, NES, etc games...but I haven't found much info on a way to price things like this. Any advice would help. As I've looked on Ebay and some of these games can't be found complete in box on there.

Well, if it's not listed, you technically could ask whatever price you want. If it sells, congrats, you've just set the new price. If it doesn't, well, as a forum, there are no "listing charges".

We also have a dedicated "what is it worth" thread right here.

as mj said, you should be able to find pretty much any SNES game. Make sure you're clicking "completed listings" so you can see how much things have actually SOLD for.

Also know, if you have Castlevania Dracula X (CIB), I will happily store it for you.

Give me a couple particular games you can't find.

actually, it can still be useful for that. on the game page, under "Used Price" there's a link that says "XX sales per month." clicking on that shows you a list of the prices they've used to calculate the value, CIB and loose. clicking on the links to the auction pages will usually answer questions as to the completeness of the game, and you've got the sold price right there.

basically, they're doing the "completed listings" work for you, and it goes back a little further than a standard ebay search would.
