Well, isn't the draw/stigma of JRPGs the love of the grind? Games like the first Bard's Tale, which was just one giant dungeon-romp, could be reclassified under the JRPG umbrella now.

Grind, to me, is besides the point. It can be present in any flavor of RPG.
