Anyone out there a NES software hacker?

I need to hirer, yes money will be involved, a NES software hacker for a project that Ive wanted to do for a long time and finally will be able to do. I cant say too much publicly, but I will explain via PM or emails.

It shouldnt be too difficult of a job, I just dont know how to do it and my programming friends dont have the time.
