I think you can watch them all on the Nick website.

Just watched today's episode, it was awesome. Looks like we're finally meeting a character from outside Republic City! I can't wait to get to know General Iroh.

Was it a half hour episode? I'm just confused because the trailer for the season finale said it was 1 hour, but there was only a half hour episode scheduled (and that's what my DVR recorded).

Was the season finale only a half hour long? Or is there another episode, the second in a two-part season finale? I checked next Saturday's episode and it looks like it's a repeat.

edit: And I haven't watched the latest episode yet, so don't give me any spoilers!

Next week is the one hour season finale. They made it a little confusing by advertising for it last week.

Well I checked the guide on my cable box and it has Korra only scheduled for a half hour again, and I don't think it's a new episode either (usually it states "NEW" when it's new). But I checked the website and the hour long finale definitely airs on the 23rd at 11am. So... I don't know.

I felt the same way after watching the finale too. Won't ruin it for anyone who didn't catch it yet, but they didn't leave very many open threads to explored in another season. It was a satisfying finale but made me seriously wonder if there would be a second season or not. Since they bothered introducing at least 2 new characters I'm assuming they may have something planned but I have no clue what. :?

They tied up all the little plot threads but left a huge one hanging. What about all the other equalists? They still have control of the city, and they still don't have their equality! It's not like they were being lead on by Amon. The hundreds of people that attended every rally wanted to be there, and trained years of their life to fight benders and earn their rights. They must have had a reason - they must have really been oppressed. They're not going to stop just because Amon's sob story was false. They have plenty of their own.

You have a point I guess. The way I saw it though was that since Amon was revealed as a sham the equalists would have disbanded or all be rounded up due to lack of leadership/purpose. Or that they would be led by the lieutenant, but I just don't see his character as being a good main villain. I could see them going that way or somehow bringing Amon back somehow, but I'm not really crazy for either of those possibilities. I'd agree the equalists have more of a reason to be angry at benders.
One of the ironies I noticed was how early on Amon commented upon benders being the cause for all major conflicts in history and Amon himself turns out to be a bender in the end and behind the conflict in Republic city.

My DVR cut off the last little bit at the end, I don't know if I missed anything important.
Right where Korra is healing Beifong it cut out. I doubt anything real important happened after that, but you never know.

So I was thinking Amon got away, and that would be something for season 2. But Tarrlok blew up the boat. BUT, it's rare for some one to actually die in Avatar. Like when Iroh was kicking ass, you always see the pilot deploy a parachute. I think out of the entire first series, only two people actually died, and one of them wasn't actually killed. So I don't know if I missed something after where my DVR stopped recording, maybe some kind of clue that Amon is still alive. But my guess would be that he is, and that he'll be in season 2. Korra now has the ability to heal whatever it is Amon was doing, and one would assume she now has the ability to take bending away like Aang.
I'm really, REALLY surprised that they didn't leave the season with a giant cliff hanger. Not even a small cliff hanger. Still, the finale was awesome.

As for the rest of the equalist, as commented above...
Every one seemed pretty pissed when Amon rose out of the water and the paint was washed off his face. I doubt they'll be much of a problem either way. Definitely not enough there for another season, at least.
