Smile: I'm liking the idea of Sandusky being beaten by murderers in jail. It oddly makes me happy.

Ticked:I get a PC that can run good games, can't compete with my controller... :|

Ticked: The GBA Player Luke is sending me doesn't have the manual, and he isn't sending it out until Monday as he had fucked up by taking too much time on yard work to send it to by Friday.
Priority Mail on Monday, I promise.

Throwing out a quick update for you guys on my sister... she actually came back home last night. So she wasn't admitted and didn't need to be. Parents are keeping her busy, she got my letter, and things seem to be good again for now. Phew!

^Good stuff man.

Sad: Grandmother is dealing with congestive heart failure, and it doesn't help that she is in her nineties. In-laws are coming over next weekend, but as soon as they leave I'm on a flight out to Chicago to see her.

Smile: The Kirby 20th Anniversary collection is coming to the US after all. I was certain Nintendo would pull a Metroid and drop the ball on this one.

Frown: Allergies.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

What was her reaction to the letter?

Hasn't said anything yet. But she was in a really good mood yesterday. I'll probably bring it up today.

Glad you guys told me to sit on it for a bit though. I ended up revising my first letter a lot since it was kind of harsh and more in the moment. Definitely needed to tone it down.

:( A nice RCA CRT with remote was put on the busiest street with a big "free sign". I lamented the fact that I couldn't get it then, but was sure someone else would. Two days later, after it rained, it was still there.

:) My girlfriend came back from her vacation yesterday! While I appreciate the company the beers provided me, I much prefer to have my girlfriend here than just beer. :P
