Thinking about finally playing Ghost Trick on the DS, but part of me feels like I should finish the Gyakuten Saiban series first. Been years now since I played the first two.
You should do both of these things, but playing Ghost Trick should take priority imo. It's so gooooodd.

All right, I think I'll do that then. Thanks for the input. :D

I loved the game as a kid, but I remember it being tough as nails.
Fucker is as relentless as Maximum Carnage.

The flying levels are fairly easy, but the bosses take about 1/4 of your life with each hit and I swear a lot of times I get a lot of dumb luck just to finish off a boss. Finding hidden items is a must, but I still haven't beaten the game.

Won't give up though.

Been playing Jeanne D'Arc to death lately. Going in I knew very little except that I got it on the cheap and man was I surprised. I love Level 5's work (started with Dark Cloud/Dark Cloud 2 and have some experience with Rogue Galaxy), but their take on an stragety/tactical RPG is brilliant. Had I known it was tactical I would have probably been scared off due to many tactical RPGs being so menacingly difficult and overwhelming to me, but this game is absolutely fantastic. It is a bit simplistic by the standards of a strategy RPG but I really enjoy the mechanics, story, and graphics, and it has me interested in delving into more tactical RPGs in the future. Right now I'm looking at Tactics Ogre, Phantom Brave (PSP), as well as the two Disgaea PSP ports.

Does anybody have any other suggestions for other SRPGs? Kind of on a PSP kick but I wouldn't mind stepping to the PS1/PS2/anything else for a good SRPG, but I'm so new to this genre I'm sure there are some gems out there that I'm not familiar with...

Any of those are great games. The Disgaea series and its offshoots are a bit more comedic in terms of story, but you'll put hundreds of hours into them if you really get into the battle and leveling mechanics.

Tactics Ogre probably has the most in common with Jeanne d'Arc in terms of aesthetic.

As for other good SRPGs, there's also Final Fantasy Tactics on the PSP, which is by most of the same team as Tactics Ogre. The saturn has some great SRPGs. There's a bunch that I really don't know much about, but you might enjoy the Shining Force series, Sakura Taisen (if you either like or don't mind some dating sim elements), and the one I'm personally most interested in, Wachenroder. (Especially interesting if you're a fan of Range Murata.) I know very little about it, but there's also Terra Phantastica on the saturn.

Oh, I forgot to mention the Fire Emblem series. People seem to like that one. :P

Something tells me I'm going have to practice a lot more to finish D&R of Superman. I've made it to the Return of the actual Superman, but can't seem to finish what I think is the last level.

Wow. I just got done playing Team Buddies with a friend and it was awesome. I'm so glad I stumbled on this website a few months ago and read through the guides. Does anyone else have this game? I know it's not exactly cheap and plentiful out on the streets but I definitely recommend it after the few hours I've played. I'm hoping to have some friends over this weekend to try it out with 4 players. I can't wait to spend some more time with this one! :D

Im currently play a few game's

Xenoblade Wii (fantasic)
42 hours level 40 Prison island

Rayman orgins (Quite a good game with beautiful 2d graphics)

Marvel vs. Capcom 3 fate of two worlds ( And peopel say capcom sucks now well they have not played this cause it's fantastic)

Although capcom and resident evil pisses me off but really its the gamers fault for paying all there money to FPS games
