Garfield was pretty decent from about '85 to '94 IMO. The rest sucks, the last 6 years in particular.

Garfield Christmas special is awesome. Fake Bill Murray voice actor hit the nail on the head, and the scene where Garfield gives Grandmother the lost letters from her dead husband is heart warming.

Plus he also introduced us to breakfast lasagna.
