I'm constantly amazed by the number of PC games I'm only just hearing about. Has anyone played this one? It sounds/looks fucking awesome. I'm having a lot of trouble tracking a legal copy down, though.

Thread title might be wrong...you're talking about the older title you linked to, Spellcross, right?
Spellforce is also a series, but modern, and on Steam.
Can't say I'd heard of it - but from looking around, it's a title that never saw US release, so that's probably part of it. Does seem to be quite difficult to actually find a copy.
