Hi guys so I got neptunia mk2 which i enjoyed quite a bit I also am already investing in resonance of fate.
Can you please recommend a good adventure rpg thats a bit more nich and a good value?
Something besides ovious choices I already have big name titles like skyrim and such I just want a good JRPG

Nier, Tales of Vesperia, Tales of Graces f, Enchanted Arms, Record of Agarest War, Disgaea 3 and 4, Cross Edge, Trinity Universe... one of those should get the job done.

Have you tried any of the Atelier games? Those look pretty "niche."

The Spirit Engine 2 is what I interpret as niche. It also happens to be 100% free. http://www.thespiritengine.com/tse2-download.php The Last Scenario is supposed to be pretty good as well, but I haven't gotten around to playing it yet. And, if you just want something made with RPG Maker there's always Yume Nikki, but I don't really think that counts. It's disturbing, though. http://www.teamliquid.net/blogs/viewblo ... c_id=69607

Mugen Souls looks like it would be a really awesome game. Its basically Disgaea if it was a traditional turn based rpg. If I had a ps3 I would reserve it. Otherwise Tales of Graces F would be a good choice or Neptunia(which seems to be a "Love it or Hate it" type of game.
