What would be even better is if they took the boxart off IGN again, and put it on the PS3 box. As in, the Wii logo and everything under the PS3 label.

Part of me is like, stop milking old games greedy game companies!

Then the other part of me is like, it's freaking Okami in HD, with trophies! Awesome!

I feel like I shouldn't support this practice of constantly pumping out these old games in HD, but there's so little NEW stuff that interests me these days, I feel like I might as well replay these old classics.

My only problem is that I want a physical copy of this game. It's great that some people are excited, but I guess I will simply play the waiting game when Capcom finally decides to release Capcom collection package of HD remastered games.

I would definitely consider buying Okami HD bundled with Resident Evil HD Collection.

HD re-releases seem a lot more... justified to me than say, a compilation or a straight port.

I mean it's a visual enhancement. That's gotta count for something.

yea, visual enhancements are good, but they're much better on disc.

So far though:

- RE4 and CV HD releases looked horrendous.
- DMC Trilogy looks insane.

So this could go either way I guess. But yeah maybe I'll finally get this game now.

I love how all my money for Capcom goes into ports/remakes/etc. Should say something...

How did Biohazard HD look horrendous to you? Maybe these images are deceiving but they certainly look like a nice upgrade to me.




As for the HD re-releases that keep coming out, I'm all for it. So long as the games are done justice, and are budget priced ($30-40), I'm more than willing to replace my PS2 games with them. The DMC and MGS collections are amazing.

The main thing I'm wondering right now is whether or not the overseas retail release is going to be a disk with the game as a download like the Biohazard and Tekken collections. I don't understand what the point of that is. Either way I'll most likely be getting the retail release.

I think RE4 HD was actually based on the PC version, which in turn was based on the Ps2 version, which is missing a lot of cool visual effects that were in the GameCube version.
