NES Top Loader TRRS Modding Guide?

I'd like to mod my top loader NES with a TRRS (tip-ring-ring-sleeve) 3.5mm jack that would allow for dual mono audio and composite video out of 1 jack. I'd like to remove the RF jack and install this in its place. Does anyone know of a guide for this? I'm also looking for a mouser/digikey part number or equivalent source for the jack. I have the cable.

I did that ages ago never really bothered making a guide it's pretty simple.
