Ah, thanks for that. For some reason I thought it had "mad" in the title somewhere.

I got all 90s, of course using some hints, and had 71 points left. I used mostly screenshots for hints, but used a few others also. I had to google that damned Genny soccer game and the James Pond one. I knew World Cup and World Championship, but had no idea about the "Italia" name. Stupid BS! Also... a DS game for the James Pond one? No fair! That is NOT 90s! Typing James Pond should have been enough. I mean... I typed "Ecc" for Ecco the Dolphin and it just automatically accepted it. "Shining forc" for Shining Force II... That's pretty inconsistent.

I also had to google that secret code stuff. I didn't expect to have to enter the cheat codes on the games. No way I would have known the Chuck Rock one without googling.

Ah, I knew the Chuck Rock theme a mile away. One of the best themes ever. Seriously.

They used the Genesis version of the song, but its awesome on every system.

I bottomed out at 70. Pretty much all the games I can't get are random sports games no one cares about and cartoon based games I don't know the name of.

But what is the last game on the second row all the way to the right (2/15)? That song is so freaking familiar but I have no clue what game it is, even after the screen shot and hints.

How could you not care about NHL '94 or Mutant League Hockey? We have a good thread going on hockey games and a lot of us have nice hockey game collections. I'd say plenty of us care about them. ;)

Indeed Hockey games on the Genesis seem quite popular.

Also Breetai, I got really ticked off at the James Pond one as well. Another question I wasted points on trying to guess since it wouldn't take any of my answers. Finally had to do the screen shot and then angerly Google search just to realize it wanted the whole name this time. Grrrr

Yup. I guessed the three main Genesis (I am aware that it was Amiga before) titles and the stupid side game, only to get pissed off and google it. Obscure last 2000s-sequels to an already fairly obscure very early 90s 16-bit franchise DS is NOT the what the topic of the quiz was.

I also typed in "Tiny Toon Adventures" a lot until I thought about it and gave Animaniacs a try. I never did watch that cartoon much, but I did remember there was a game based on it.

So yeah, a few very cheap answers there. The quiz could definitely be updated to show some consistency and remain within the 90s.
