6-3 is obvious is you look close enough at what character is on the screenshot...oh, the screenshot was the only way I could get that one.

If you give up:

17/93 without hints, 48/93 with. That was a lot of fun, although I'd hoped to do better. :P

^And it looks like we've got the mapping system worked out. Row/Column.

I found another of the secret questions.
Put in the level select code for Sonic 1
This is fun, though I'm at a wall now.

52/93

Man, I was surprised by how many of the side scrollers and puzzle games I had no idea even after looking at the screen shot. I guess when you play Mario and MegaMan, those are hard platformers to live up to.

This is pretty fun, but now I'm stuck at 53 without cheating.

EDIT:
Okay, 4-3 is
Streets of Rage 2
While this game is better about accepting answers than most, there are a few inconsistencies with what needs to be included with the answer.

I had a lot of issues with one of them.
Pyscho Pinball gave me a lot of trouble. I typed it in 10 different times, and I didn't write it any differently when the thing finally accepted it. Very annoying.
On another note, I just can not find the last secret question. That and the last chaos emerald are the only things I still need.

I'm having the same problem now with
Tiny Toons
I know that that's what the game is, but I don't know how to make the program accept it.

The other one that took me forever was
Punch-Out instead of Punch Out

Ah, well that messed me up too. Actually, Tiny Toons isn't on the list. You might be mixing it up with
Animaniacs
That's what happened to me.
