I'm interested in playing this one alongside you at some point. I still need to finish off Resident Evil 4 and Grim Fandango first though.
It's not too bad so far. I played a little bit of the first level until my game froze. Gonna have another run at it sometime soon. I've always heard that the second one is the best so I wanted to try out the original.

As we just noted in another thread with Zelda locking up, maybe need to unplug and clean the contacts on your expansion (or jumper) pak and replug. Might help.

Final Fantasy Adventure...

Just got tossed out of an airship and fell through some girl's roof lol. Not a bad game, feels like a super-simple Secret of Mana (which makes sense, as this is the first Seiken Densetsu title). The controls are a little weird, there's two menu screens (one pops up when hitting start, the other when hitting select) and I always seem to bring up the one I don't want. The limited inventory space is starting to get to me. I guess it's more "realistic" that way but I always liked how FFVI, Chrono Trigger, and other RPGs allowed you to carry 99 of everything.

Never thought about that, but thanks I should try. Also that reminds me that I need an Expansion Pak

Since the Sly Collection is free for PS+ members, I was wondering if anyone was going to play it this summer?
I have the collection on disc and will join in if anyone is interested in adding the first (or more) of these games to their list.

1. Backyard Baseball [PC]
2. Conker's Bad Fur Day [N64]
3. The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX [GBC]
5. Robotron: 2084 [Arcade] (break 1,000,000 points)

4. Nibbler [Arcade] (reach and beat Wave 99) Complete! 6/15

Flipped the waves tonight. After you beat Wave 99, it goes back to 80 and repeats ad infinitum. Got to Wave 91 after the set, so the equivalent of Wave 111.

I played through the first 9 stages of Wario Land on the VB before my rechargeable batteries went dead.

does anyone know if i need to get all the artifacts to get through the game or are they just extras because i finished a couple of the levels without finding them.

ah, sorry dood! :(
No worries. I understand where you're coming from after soldiering on as far as I've gotten. I was pretty confused about what I was supposed to do so I looked up a walkthrough and apparently I can't get the good ending... :x

The first one's on my list! I just beat Ico too! I'm not quite sure how likely I am to get to Resident Evil though...

1. Fatal Frame-PS2 (still stuck at the end of Night 1, but I think I know what to do now)
2. Ico-PS2 (Beaten)
3. Resident Evil-GCN (haven't started)
4. Mario Kart Wii-Wii (Beaten) (yet not completed. too much to do to unlock everything. maybe later)
5. Tomb Raider-PS (haven't started. maybe next?)
6. Super Smash Bros. Brawl-Wii (unlocked Luigi and Captain Falcon and I'm on my way!)
7. Metroid Prime-GCN (haven't started)
8. Indigo Prophecy-PS2 (haven't started)
9. Fallout-PC (Level 3)
10. Kingdom Hearts-PS2 (still stuck near the end. maybe next?)

I'm slowly but surely making progress!

Making some serious progress on Metroid Prime 2. Damn near gave up twice this last week - some of the boss fights are just drawn out and annoying. Having to manage ammunition for beam weapons is also weird for a Metroid game.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
