@Busomjack

I really wanna get bigger, but my metabolism is crazy and i cant seem to gain much weight. Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks

short answer. get you're diet in check. cut junk food, soda, alcohol, eat foods high in protein. and eat alot more than you do now. work out about 4 times a week, each muscle group once a week. since you want to bulk up, cut cardio altogether. do low reps/higher weight when lifting. include the big 3 lifts; bench, squats, dead lifts and maybe power cleans. power lifts stimulate muscle growth. genetics play a big part so don't waste your money on supps from gnc. diet and your workout routine are the most important. my 2 cents anyway....

He said he wants to gain weight, not lose it.

A 12 pack a night combined with a loaf of white bread a day will have you packing on the pounds in no time. Healthy? No. Effective? Very. It'll have going from Scrawny to Brawny in no time if you have an effective gym regimen.

if he wants to be fat, i guess. i don't care how much gym time you have, eating right is 70% of adding muscle mass. it took a few years but i went from 155 to 200 @ 12 bf%. nothing i said would make him lose weight.

I was being half-serious. No way no how would I actually suggest a diet of bread and beer, but it would definitely add some weight; in the same way I wouldn't suggest chugging Metamucil to loose weight, but it works.

Cutting out junk food, soda, and alcohol would not lead to weight loss?

i assumed he wanted the "right" kinda weight gain. instead of eating junk food, i reach for cans of tuna, or warm up chicken breasts, almonds, something along those lines. alcohol breaks down muscle tissue. i just remember always being skinny and how tough it was to get anything to stick to my frame and offered some things i did.

Dsh, has anyone ever told you you look like Paul Giamatti? Because the comparison crosses my mind sometimes.

Nope, have not heard that one. H's one of my favorite actors, but I'm still not sure if that's a compliment :lol:

Paul Giamatti would make a perfect Mario. Sacha Cohen would make a damned good Luigi.

Too bad we will probably never see another Super Mario movie though.

Get me 5 million dollars, Giammatti and Cohen. I'll find a bunch of actors who are willing to ruin or who have already ruined their careers, and bring them in. We'll make this deep and powerful. We will make you cry for the Goombas, and cheer for Mario. There will be blood. Goomba blood.

Yep. I'll hire Michael Madson for Bowser... I think we're on to something!

*insert that comic of Luigi taking care of Mario and Peach while Peach cheats on Mario with Bowser* (can't be fucked to look it up)

That's our screenplay...
